While we carefully select these scholarships, Boursepad is not affiliated with the organizations or websites offering them. Engaging with these external sites does not constitute an endorsement by Boursepad. Users interact with these opportunities at their own discretion, and we only provide visibility to open scholarships for user convenience.

11. Misuse of Personal Details
Misusing personal information, such as using someone else’s identity or financial data, will result in an immediate ban pending investigation.
Examples of misuse include:
11.1. Using another person’s details to submit an application without their consent.
11.2. Agents submitting applications for individuals without authorization or consent.
11.3. If a verified AGENT violates this rule, their account will also be banned pending investigation.
11.4. Bans will remain in effect until the investigation is complete.
12. Appeal Process
Customers who have been suspended or banned have the right to appeal the decision.
Steps to Appeal:
12.1. Submit a written request to BoursePad, clearly stating your case.
12.2. Provide any supporting evidence to justify the appeal.
Upon receipt, BoursePad will:
12.3. Conduct a thorough investigation.
12.4. Notify the customer of the outcome.
12.5. If justified: The suspension or ban will be lifted.
12.6. If upheld: The suspension or ban will remain in effect.
13. Reinstatement
If an appeal is successful, the customer’s account will be reinstated with full access to the platform and services.
14. Repeated Violations:
Users found guilty of repeated offenses will face **permanent banning** from the platform.
15. Compliance
